The holiday rental occupies the entire top floor at Kapellenweg 1 in Rottach-Egern and offers plenty of space for 4 guests. At approximately 130 m², it is very spacious, newly renovated, and furnished in a modern, luxurious, upscale country house style.

The holiday rental occupies the entire top floor at Kapellenweg 1 in Rottach-Egern. It is very spacious at approximately 130 m², newly renovated, and furnished in a modern and luxurious upscale country house style.





• The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. This includes a refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, milk frother, blender, kettle, and toaster.

• The living room and master bedroom each feature a TV with a Sono soundbar for listening to music.

• Wi-Fi

• The master bedroom opens onto the balcony and features a 200 x 200 cm double bed with high-quality new mattresses—it is connected to an en-suite bathroom with natural light. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a shower, and a large bathtub.

• The second bedroom next door, which also has access to the terrace, features a new, high-quality box spring bed with a 180 x 200 cm mattress.

• There is another room that serves as a small office. The sofa in this room can be used as a daybed or converted into a pull-out bed.

• The second bathroom has a separate toilet; next to the shower, there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer.

• On the northeast and southwest sides of the apartment are two large balconies that catch the morning and evening sun. Both offer beautiful views. Awnings on the south-facing balcony provide pleasant shade and invite you to linger. 

• The underground car park includes two parking spaces assigned to the apartment.

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
