Our house is located right on the first row behind the dike, next to the spa park. The 3-room apartment on the 1st floor, measuring approximately 62 m², has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed, 2 single beds, 2 TVs in the bedrooms), an extra-large living room, and an open kitchen with a balcony facing the lake (south) overlooking the spa park, as well as a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is comfortably furnished. The built-in kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster; dishes for daily use are also provided. Pets are not allowed.<br><br>All apartments in the Haus am Kurpark have Wi-Fi. On the hallway shelf, you’ll find books and games to pass the time if the weather isn’t cooperating. A bike garage and parking spaces are available.<br><br>Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the basement. The Kurpark offers an oasis of tranquility.
