Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool angular (6 x 3 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 01.Nov.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 900 m, bus stop 2 km, pebble beach 3 km, rocky beach 3 km. Riding stable 150 m, walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Nature Park Učka 30 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood.

Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs. View of the swimming pool. Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

2026 war mein 6. Sommerurlaub in Kroatien und wah auch der beste bisher " in Bezug auf meine Unterkunft " gesehen.Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich, bei Fragen sofort erreichbar, überdurchschnittlich gastfreundlich...dass habe ich zuvor noch nie erlebt .Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Spülmaschine...ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und großzügig geschnitten. 2 Parkplätze vor dem Haus stehen zu Verfügung. Pool sauber und Erfrischend.Wichtig für mich zu erwähnen, das allererste mal keine riesen Spinnen, weder im Ferienhaus, noch auf dem Grundstück ( für mich ein riesen PLUSPUNKT ).5 Sterne für diese Unterkunft. Wir kommen definitiv noch einmal wieder.Vielen Dank.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, so wie auf den Fotos ,sauber gemütlich eingerichtet. Vermieter sehr freundlich ,hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit frischen Obst, Süßigkeiten, Getränke im Kühlschrank empfangen. Außenanlage mit Pool sehr schön ,das einzige was wir etwas bemängeln, war das dass Wasser im Pool ziemlich kalt war .Ansonsten alles perfekt, kommen gerne wieder

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir haben in diesem sehr schönen Haus 2 wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten dort unsere Ruhe, denn Garten und Pool sind von den umliegenden Häusern nicht einsehbar. Lediglich die Pferde, die neben dem Haus auf der Weide waren, hatten freie Sicht auf den Pool :-) Besonders zu erwähnen sind die super netten Vermieter. Sie wohnen direkt gegenüber, sind immer ansprechbar und dabei total unaufdringlich. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienhaus

Wir können uns den sehr guten Bewertungen nur anschließen. Eine sehr nette Vermieter-Familie. Zur Begrüßung u. Abschied gab es Aufmerksamkeiten ❤️. Das Haus und das schöne Grundstück sind top gepflegt und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Im Haus ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Auf das Auto ist man angewiesen, der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten, der nächste schöne Strand ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto + Fußweg vom Parkplatz entfernt. Das einzige, was wir uns gewünscht hätten, wären Moskitonetze.

Wir haben mit unserem retriever gerade 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Ferienhaus verbracht. Haus ist echt super!! Vermieter und dessen Familie sehr freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir wurden mit Leckereien empfangen, super schöne Geste. Danke nochmals, jederzeit wieder

Sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber & tolles Grundstück

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus sauber und nett. Und die Anlage mit dem Pool bei gutem Wetter absolut perfekt, um eine entspannte Zeit, vor allem mit Kindern, zu verbringen!

Ich kann dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Ob Haus, Pool oder bade Möglichkeit in der Nähe es war einfach ein toller Urlaub. Auch mit Hund kein Problem. Alles in einem ein gelungener Urlaub. Vielen Dank

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus mit Pool. Es war sehr sauber und der Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.
