The apartment in the historic post office has been completely renovated to be wheelchair-accessible and is very tastefully furnished. It can comfortably accommodate 3 people. An lift is available. Suitable for short or longer stays. The building contains 4 apartments, so even larger families can enjoy their stay together. Each apartment features a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a living room with a sleeper sofa.
Bad Bevensen is a popular spa town for both young and older people. Nearby is a modern spa centre and the well-known JOD SOLE Thermal Bath. Other recreational activities include an outdoor pool, canoeing on the Ilmenau River, and a mini-golf course. The Lüneburg Heath and the many forests are perfect for long walks or bike rides. Since Bad Bevensen is designated as a spa town, many stores are open on Sundays. Just 100 metres away, there is a bakery and a Netto supermarket that are also open on Sundays. All buses depart from nearby Bahren. Hamburg is a 45-minute ride away, and the beautiful Hanseatic city of Lüneburg is just 15 minutes away.
