Haustierfreunlich war die Unterkunft. Allerdings müssen wir immer wieder feststellen das die Endreinigungsgebüren nicht gerechtfertigt sind da erhebliche Mängel bei der Sauberkeit zu finden sind und dann nicht einmal ein Wischwassereimer vorhanden ist. Ansonsten ist die Lage und alles Andere natürlich wie immer super.

Die Ausstattung gerade in den Bädern ist Überholungsbedürftig.Waschbecken beide lose, Abfluss Stopfen sitzt fest, Toilettenbrille unten lose, Waschbecken oben Wasserhahn tropft.Spülmaschine schief, Tür geht sehr schwere zu,Terrasse ein Stuhl defekt, Bei Anreise ziemlich viele Spinnweben unter der ÜberdachungDie Minni Wiese an der Terrasse sowie die Hecken müssten mal geschnitten werden.Der Schuppen müsste ebenfalls instand gesetzt werden, Fussboden defekt.Die Garage ist nicht nutzbar, Bauelemente über der Wartungsgruber sind gebrochen. Wer da hinein fährt bricht mit dem Auto ein.

Urlaub in Horumersiel

Zentrale Unterkunft mit eingezäunten Garten und Platz für fünf Personen. Es ist viel Geschirr vorhanden und alles im allen gut ausgestattet. Das Bad unten ist in die Jahre gekommen und der beschriebene Grill ist defekt. Ansonsten hatten wir dort einen schönen Urlaub.

Kleines, zum Teil renovierungsbedüftiges Strandhaus in guter Lage

Die genannten Quadratmeterzahlen der Unterkunft ergeben sich vor allem aus dem großzügigen und modernisierten Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss; alles sehr chic. Der Wohnbereich unten ist dagegen leider klein, dunkel (wir mussten den ganzen Tag über die Lampen eingeschaltet haben) und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist okay und gut ausgestattet, das Bad dagegen aus den 80ern mit einer sehr kleinen Dusche. Im Wohnbereich lädt der abgenutzte Sessel nicht wirklich zum Entspannen ein und der Kinderhochstuhl ist eine Katastrophe, da möchte man kein Kind hinein setzen. Ein Pluspunkt ist die überdachte Terasse. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich dort gut aufhalten und kann so den dunklen Wohnraum meiden. Der Garten war leider sehr ungepflegt, das Gras so hoch, dass wir bei Ankunft erst einmal den Rasen mähen mussten, sonst hätten wir den Garten mit den Kindern nicht nutzen können. Im Gartenhaus der Grill, den wir entrosten mussten und ein leerer Flachmann:((. Alles in allem ganz okay, aber mit deutlichen Abzügen.

Schönes gemütliches Haus. Es ist sauber und es war alles da. Das kleine Zimmer ist ungemütlich.
