Kleines, zum Teil renovierungsbedüftiges Strandhaus in guter Lage

Die genannten Quadratmeterzahlen der Unterkunft ergeben sich vor allem aus dem großzügigen und modernisierten Schlafbereich im Obergeschoss; alles sehr chic. Der Wohnbereich unten ist dagegen leider klein, dunkel (wir mussten den ganzen Tag über die Lampen eingeschaltet haben) und renovierungsbedürftig. Die Küche ist okay und gut ausgestattet, das Bad dagegen aus den 80ern mit einer sehr kleinen Dusche. Im Wohnbereich lädt der abgenutzte Sessel nicht wirklich zum Entspannen ein und der Kinderhochstuhl ist eine Katastrophe, da möchte man kein Kind hinein setzen. Ein Pluspunkt ist die überdachte Terasse. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich dort gut aufhalten und kann so den dunklen Wohnraum meiden. Der Garten war leider sehr ungepflegt, das Gras so hoch, dass wir bei Ankunft erst einmal den Rasen mähen mussten, sonst hätten wir den Garten mit den Kindern nicht nutzen können. Im Gartenhaus der Grill, den wir entrosten mussten und ein leerer Flachmann:((. Alles in allem ganz okay, aber mit deutlichen Abzügen.
