The adjoining sunroom with its rustic seating area is particularly charming: a place to daydream, read, or simply let your gaze wander over the garden. Here you’ll feel the peace and lightheartedness that make for an unforgettable vacation.

On the first floor, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds that ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The large bathroom, featuring both a shower and a bathtub, leaves nothing to be desired and lets you choose how you’d like to freshen up.

The second floor is ideal for children or additional guests: two single beds and a dresser create a cozy retreat for everyone.

Additional amenities such as exterior blinds in all rooms except the attic, a parking space right next to the house, and a bike rack allow you to enjoy both privacy and flexible exploration of the surrounding area.

High-quality premium linen packages must be booked separately. You’ll need one linen package per person.
Each premium linens package contains: 1 set of high-quality premium bedding, consisting of one pillowcase, one duvet cover, and one fitted sheet per bed; 1 large bath towel; 1 small hand towel; and, in addition, for each vacation rental (regardless of the number of linen packages booked) 1 shower mat (per bathroom) and 2 dish towels.

The municipal guest fee (visitor’s tax) is a public levy and is not included in the offer. The guest tax is assessed and calculated separately based on various factors that are not known to us at the time of booking. The amount of the guest tax is determined by the respective price schedule of the relevant municipality, as well as factors such as the season, length of stay, number and age of all travelers, and, if applicable, any severe disabilities and accompanying persons. After you make your booking, we will ask you for this information and can only then calculate the guest tax due.

We are happy to offer you optional additional services such as linen packages, “Check-in from 1:00 p.m. instead of 4:00 p.m.” or “Check-out by 12:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 a.m.”, and many other services:
