This sunny 2 bedroom flat is located in Las Marinas and only 100 m from the kilometre long, fine sandy beach. The flat is on a second floor (with lift) and from the balcony you look directly to the pool and tennis court. The flat belongs to a nice community with 1 large communal pool, lawn and palm trees. The flat itself has a living-dining room, a closed kitchen fully equipped with laundry room, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom in suite, a bedroom with two single beds and a separate bathroom with shower. Central air conditioning cold / hot. The beautiful terrace offers space for table and chairs to enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner. A Dolce Gusto coffee machine is also provided. For your car there is a fixed reserved parking space available in the community.

Please note!!!! All prices plus electricity according to consumption at 0,30 €/kWh.
On the day of your arrival we will go with you to the electricity meter and we will write down the reading and on the day of departure the same and the same on the day of your departure.
We would like to inform you that all reservations do not include bed linen and towels. We offer an additional (optional) service for bed linen and towels for only 20 € / person. We are also happy to offer additional pool towels for 10 € extra.
A deposit of 200 € by cash/card must be paid as well.
If you bring your little dog you should know that there is an extra cleaning fee of 50 €.

Buena estancia, abuso en comisiones

El apartamento está bien, lo que no me parece lógico es que te cobran 120€ de limpieza mas 50€ mas si llevas mascota. Pero el remate es que tengas que pagar la luz que consumes, me parece un abuso cunado esto ya debweia estar en elmprecio del alquiler

Apartamento con excelente ubicación y donde no hay que coger el coche para ir a la playa o la compra (consum esta cruzando la calle) En la zona puedes visitar innumerables calas (Cala del Maraig, La cala del Portitxol, la Cala de Garanadella...) en las que podras practicar deportes con Kayak, Snorkel, paseos en catamaran etc.... Tambien puedes visitar el Castillo de Denia y El Puerto de Denia que esta muy cerca con muchísimos lugares de ocio y restauracion. Recomendable 100 % solos, en pareja o con familia.
