The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen (ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and freezer) with a cosy dining area, as well as a large bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (200x200 cm), a wardrobe, a desk, and satellite TV.
The living room features a pull-out sofa bed (120x200 cm) and a TV armchair (optionally, a single bed measuring 90x200 cm can also be provided). Both rooms have a TV and ample storage space.

***Optionally, for €25 per week, you can book an additional room with a double bed (180x190 cm), a table, a TV connection, and a separate bathroom.****

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire apartment and even on the terrace.
The spacious terrace, which is directly accessible from the apartment and features comfortable seating, is ideal for relaxing. You’ll enjoy the close-up view of the Pegnitz River, the Wachfelsen, the meadows, and the nearby forests. The private barbecue area invites you to enjoy cosy moments under the open sky.
A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use upon request.
Spacious, ground-floor holiday apartment on a south-facing slope with a separate entrance and parking spaces in front of the property.
A bakery and butcher shop (open in the mornings) are located about 2 km away. Additional shopping options are about 8 km away (REWE, Aldi, Obi).
You’ll find numerous recreational activities in the area, such as the Hirschbach outdoor pool and the thermal baths with an outdoor pool in Hersbruck, as well as a climbing forest, golf course, toboggan runs, kayaking tours, and cave tours. Hiking, climbing, and biking are possible right behind the house or, for example, in the nearby Veldensteiner Forest. Visiting the wildlife enclosure is especially worthwhile when travelling with children. Further information on this is, of course, available for you right on site.
