Pet friendly rental, 3-bedroom, 2 bathrooms that sleep 8 comfortably. Great yard for grilling and hanging out. The deck is equipped with furniture and TV. Beach chairs and umbrella provided. Book your vacation today! Bedroom #1 – Queen bed with bathroom. Bedroom #2 – Double size bed and a pull-out Full Murphy Style cabinet bed. Bedroom #3- Double Size Bed. There is a Full Murphy style cabinet bed in the living room. Dogs are allowed up to 40 pounds with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fenced in yard. The property is in a central location close to boardwalk, amusements, shopping, restaurants and downtown shopping. There is a municipal golf course in the area along with the Ocean City Airport. Access in and out of Ocean City is by the 9th Street causeway. Property has a carport for two cars, storage for beach supplies, bikes and an enclosed outside shower.
