Set directly across from the beautiful blue St. Clair River in the quiet community of Sombra, this thoughtfully styled home offers a slower pace, open skies, and front-row seats to some of the best sunsets in the area. It’s the kind of place you come to unwind - mornings with coffee outside, afternoons on the water and evenings that stretch a little longer than planned.

Inside, the space blends nostalgic design with everyday comfort. The main living area is bright and open, bringing together the kitchen, dining and lounge in a way that feels both relaxed and functional. A plush sofa, curated details and an old style record player set the tone, equal parts playful and intentional — creating a space that invites you to slow down and settle in.

The kitchen has been designed with both form and function in mind. While compact, it’s fully equipped with everything you need to cook, gather and enjoy meals at home. The adjacent dining space adds a subtle retro touch without feeling themed, just enough personality to make the space feel memorable.

With three bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families or small groups. Each room has been styled with its own character while maintaining a cohesive, calming feel, soft linens, practical storage, and just the right amount of colour woven throughout. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third offers a double, making it easy for everyone to find their own space to unwind.

Two full bathrooms with stand-up showers add convenience, especially for group stays.

Toward the back of the home, a second living space offers a more casual hangout area which is ideal for movie nights, board games, or a quiet corner to catch up on work if needed. It gives the home an added layer of flexibility, whether you’re travelling with family or friends.

Step outside the front door and embrace the majestic views of the St. Clair River. The front patio looks directly toward the river, creating an easy rhythm to your stay with morning coffee, midday sun and evenings spent watching boats drift by as the sun sets over the river. The firepit adds another place to gather, making it just as enjoyable after the sun goes down.

Spend your days along the St. Clair River, whether it’s launching a kayak, paddleboarding, fishing from shore, or simply watching the ships pass by along the Parkway. The riverfront here is one of the biggest draws, especially at sunset.

Walk over to The Blue Willow for a relaxed meal with a view, grab coffee or a light bite at Hummingbird Cafe, or stop by Crystal's Ice Cream Shack for something classic on a warm day.

A short drive brings you to Branton Cundick Park in Corunna, a great spot for walking trails, green space, and river access. While you’re there, you’ll also find grocery stores, LCBO, and everyday essentials.

Head into Wallaceburg to explore local shops, grab a meal, or spend time along the Sydenham River. You can also check out Wallaceburg & District Museum for a bit of local history or stroll the downtown core for a slower-paced afternoon, or head to the popular brewery for a pint and stone fired pizza!
