Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 55m² in Esens (169058)

The holiday rental is located on the upper floor (1st floor) of our house, in a quiet area on the eastern outskirts of Esens.

The town of Esens charges a visitor’s fee, which we will collect from you on the town’s behalf.

There is no through traffic. Nevertheless, the location is central. The city centre, including the pedestrian zone, is within walking distance. The “Osthörn” bus stop is 200 m away, with bus connections to the city and to Neuharlingersiel.

Our holiday rental (approx. 55 square metres total), with a separate entrance, is suitable for 2 people and a baby. It is fully equipped.
On the same floor, there is an additional bedroom that can be booked as part of your reservation. This room features a large bed (140 x 200 cm), a sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm), and a children’s cot (70 x 140 cm). This brings the total number of bedrooms in the apartment to two, and it can accommodate up to 4 adults and/or child(ren).

Children under 2 years of age stay FREE OF CHARGE if they sleep in the large bed or in the travel cot in the same room.
Bed linens and towels for daily use are included. Please bring your own beach towels or pool towels.

If you are travelling as a couple and would like to use the second bedroom as well (separate sleeping arrangements), there is an additional charge of €10.00 per night.

IMPORTANT: For last-minute bookings and stays of up to 3 nights, the total rental price must be paid immediately upon receipt of the booking confirmation.

A cot, travel cot, and high chair are available in the apartment for your children. There are also a few toys and books available.

We offer our guests free Wi-Fi access in the holiday rental, but we CANNOT guarantee that the Wi-Fi will be free of interference or interruptions. Likewise, we cannot promise a specific connection speed.

There are smoke detectors in every room, as well as a carbon monoxide detector in the stairwell.

Our holiday rental is a NON-SMOKING APARTMENT. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

On the large lawn behind the house, you’ll find a seating area with a beach chair, a large umbrella, and patio furniture for relaxing. For the little ones, there’s a sandpit with some sand toys.
You can park your car in our courtyard, next to the house.
Charging your electric car is NOT possible. You’ll find various charging stations in Esens and Bensersiel.

Please understand that, out of consideration for our guests, we cannot accommodate PETS. VISITING ANIMALS are also NOT permitted in our holiday rental!

We ask that you treat our apartment, the furnishings, and the linens we provide with CARE and close the windows as soon as you leave the apartment!
Please also be sure to sort your TRASH carefully!

Rent payment is ONLY possible in advance via BANK TRANSFER.
We do NOT accept cash payments.

Our apartment is located in Ostlandsiedlung, a quiet residential area in Esens. The supermarket, the “Fischfabrik,” the “Klabautermann” indoor play park, and the adventure mini-golf course are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Bensersiel (where the ferry to Langeoog departs) is 4 km away, and Neuharlingersiel is 8 km away. From there, you can take the ferry to the island of Spiekeroog.

The Esen bike path runs right past the house to the coast. During your holiday with us, you’re welcome to use our two bicycles, as well as the children’s bike caravan for your toddlers, free of charge. Use is at your own risk.
In the courtyard, a lockable room is available to our guests where, among other things, you can store bicycles you’ve brought with you. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to use our bicycles or bring your own.
