You’ll find a cosy attic apartment in the heart of the small town of Esens, on the North Sea. Located right at the foot of St. Magnus Church, it’s only about 1 minute to the market square and the pedestrian zone. <br>The apartment was renovated in the summer of 2020 and features an open floor plan with modern furnishings and a huge rooftop terrace. <br>A parking space is available right outside the front door. You’ll share the entryway with the commercial unit on the ground floor.<br>The accommodation<br>From the living area—which includes a kitchenette, dining area, and sofa nook—you can access (without a door) the bedroom, which has a double bed (2x2m), a desk, and closets, via a staircase leading to the so-called “loft.” There you’ll find another double bed (2x2m).<br>Not recommended for children under 7 years of age. <br>The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (filter), a pod coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a stove with an oven, and all the small appliances needed for self-catering.<br>Guest Access<br>The ground floor of the building houses office spaces and a small shop (printing service).<br>Only the lower entrance hallway is shared. <br>The apartment is accessed via a spiral staircase.<br>Additional Important Information<br>The bathroom has a bathtub.<br>The apartment includes a balcony equipped with a dining area for 4 people, as well as 2 additional<br>chairs and a parasol. <br>Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed.
