This place is perfect for a romantic getaway, girls trip or a nice quaint place for a small family vacation. The cottage is attached to the main house but is a private unit with its own private entrance, ensuring your peace and privacy throughout your stay. You'll find all the amenities you could possibly need such as, fully stocked bathroom, comfortable living space, cozy bedroom, comfy pull-out couch to ensure a restful night's sleep and even some yummy snacks for that midnight hankering. One of the highlights of the cottage is the adorable covered hot tub room, where you can relax and unwind and take in those mountain vibes. Whether you're soaking in the hot tub or setting outside enjoying you morning coffee, you'll be surrounded by the crisp mountain air and stunning natural beauty. We had an amazing stay at this cottage! Everything was exactly as described and thoughtfully set up. The hot tub was a highlight—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. While it was good for what it was, we were hoping for a private escape from the city. What we ended up getting was a similar experience to the condo we left, complete with the rustling of neighbors. When you think of a cottage you usually don't think of a townhouse/basement unit.

Im so sorry to hear you didnt receive the experience you were expecting. It states in the description that this is an attached unit. Its not a basement it attached to the side of the house and is completely separate from the main house. I apologize if it wasn't clear in the description. This was my favorite vaca stay so far. The mountain views all around the immediate area are stunning. The Lazy Cottage was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and stocked with everything essential you might need for your stay. The host even had snacks, water bottles, and sodas stocked in the fridge. It was quiet and relaxing to be there after a busy day of tourist and outdoor activities. The bed was comfortable, and the hot tub enclosure was delightful for the cool evenings. I appreciated being able to do laundry there conveniently and get home with a suitcase of clean clothes. The only very minor thing I can say I didn’t like at first was the plug-in air freshener scent was a bit strong for my sensitivities, but a simple remedy to just unplug it. The host was friendly, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommend!

Nice clean small apartment, a bit bigger than most hotel rooms but with kitchen, washer/dryer, hot tub, etc like the listing says. Bed was nice but the couch was so so. Small power issue, host solved it in 15min so no problem. Also was well supplied.

Everything was absolutely lovely. Savannah thought of all the little things and is very welcoming and helpful if you need her - even on Christmas eve! We stayed 3 nights and only felt like we were 'attached' to the main house once, and that was when we needed fresh propane and called them over! Location is amazing, all the extras were so nice and the hottub was so great to relax in after a day out hiking! You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into the place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
