Why they chose this property
My home is in the center of the historic city along some of the most well maintained tree lined boulevards (Paseo near Linwood). This location has easy access to interstates and highways as well as municipal services. It is close to everything, downtown, restaurant, entertainment districts, retail shopping and hospitals.
What makes this property unique
It has spacious clean bedrooms that can accommodate 8-10 sleepers, 2 full baths and outdoor balcony with hammock chair overlooking Paseo on the 2nd floor. The 1st floor provide large living dining, half bathroom, washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen with island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large wood deck with 6 feet privacy fence and enclosed play area for small dogs.
