We will be staying with these properties any time we are in Nashville. The host answered questions within minutes. The location was perfect for us to walk back and forth to Vanderbilt Hospital. Music Row is a few blocks away. Three adults and three kids and we were very comfortable and safe.

Im a vandy student, flying and staying at different places each time. This place is super cute bc it has Dolly everywhere in it, conveniently located & walkable to campus, coffee, & lots of food. I feel safe walking because of how many other students i see walking the area, even if it gets a little dark but im also very cautious! Its nice that i can park so close to the building as well. Hardly ever heard neighbors. Perfect for studying with a few friends too. Has everything you need!
