Perfect place for your stay in Nashville

This place is in a great location. Central to everything (food, groceries, restaurants) and is walkable to Broadway. Also very clean and the host is very attentive

Great place at a great price

Clean and well appointed. Nice location and building. Easy to find and get access to. Ideal for our business trip. Close to Music City Center and great restaurant right next door.

Great location and nicely remodeled! Excellent water pressure and toiletry products.A suggestion would be to have a dehumidifier….there was a damp musty odor.Overall a great experience!

Great location for Marathon Music Works shows.

We were in town for a concert and it was less than half a mile from Marathon Music Works so we were able to walk. Very quiet and convenient location.

Great for Walkers

Me and my wife walked to Broadway everyday! The area around the VRBO seemed a little sketchy but we never felt unsafe. Rooms have everything you need with a stove and full size fridge, bed was comfortable but the couch was not. We had an very enjoyable stay!

nashville stay

This property is not in the best part of town and somewhat noisy with a restaurant located behind it. The gate to get in was broken so it was always open to everyone. Also the keypad to the front door was hard to use and we had to call the property manager for assistance to get in one night. we also had other rude guests parting in the courtyard and had to call the manager again, Overall the ouside of the place is dated looking but they seem to be trying to update the insides but the couch was very uncomfortable. If we return to Nashville in the future we would not stay here again
