The Sybille holiday home is located in the Bad area—a wonderfully quiet yet conveniently accessible spot.
With 4 rooms and 90 m² of living space, up to 4 people can enjoy a great holiday here in St. Peter Ording.
The fantastic location combines pleasant tranquility with convenient access to the lively Bad district—home to restaurants, shops, and cafés—as well as to the commercial area with plenty of shopping options.
The sandy beach, the stilt houses, and the popular Dünentherme spa are just a short walk through the Kurwald forest away.
Thanks to its location and amenities, this holiday home is perfect for family holidays—children are warmly welcome here.

Ich hatte kurzfristig noch etwas gesucht und bin dann auf das Ferienhaus gestoßen und habe mich gefreut, dass ein Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeit und Grill vorhanden war und es auch noch so günstig gelegen war. Wir haben im Haus nichts vermisst, es war sehr sauber, die Dusche toll und wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub. Vielen Dank.

Enttäuschendes Erlebnis

Wir hatten das Ferienhaus "Sybille" für unseren Urlaub gebucht und waren leider insgesamt enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt. Zunächst einmal befindet sich das Ferienhaus direkt an einer Hauptstraße, was bedeutet, dass der Straßenlärm ständig präsent ist, selbst wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Besonders ärgerlich war die Schiebetür zur Terrasse. Sie ließ sich nur mit extrem viel Kraftaufwand öffnen, was für Kinder unmöglich und für meine Frau sehr mühsam war. Die Einrichtung des Hauses stammt aus den 70er Jahren und hat einen nostalgischen Charme. Für Liebhaber von Retro-Designs könnte dies ein Pluspunkt sein, aber für andere könnte es etwas veraltet erscheinen. Einziger Lichtblick im Haus war die Dusche, die theoretisch ein Highlight sein könnte, wenn das Wasser mit konstanter Temperatur aus der Brause käme. Alle Räume (auch der Abstellraum) haben Rollos, nur die beiden Schlafräume nicht, was bedeutete, dass es am Morgen sehr früh hell wurde. Der auf der Karte angegebene Standort entsprach nicht dem tatsächlichen Standort, was zu Verwirrung führte. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus "Sybille" enttäuschend, daher würden wir dieses Ferienhaus nicht empfehlen und werden in Zukunft nach einer besseren Unterkunft suchen.

War alles in Ordnung

Wohnung war sauber, Equipment wie Geschirr und Staubsauger waren komplett vorhanden. (Biomülltonne stand leider nicht zur Verfügung, mit dem kann man aber leben ☺).

Abwicklung war sehr in Ordnung, vielen Dank. Im Haus selbst haben wir uns wohlgefühlt, die Lage war ok - wenn auch etwas laut (Straßenlärm). Schade fanden wir, dass die Terrasse / Gartenteil recht lieblos erscheint, besonders auch im Vergleich zu vielen Ferienhäusern rundum. Ein paar immergrüne, pflegeleichte Topfpflanzen auf der Terrasse würden den Eindruck deutlich verbessern. Das Foto im Internet, das eigentlich die Terrasse der Nachbarin zeigt, vermittelt einen anderen Eindruck als vorgefunden. Als Herausforderung empfanden wir die Wendeltreppe. Sie ist sicher nicht geeignet für kleinere Kinder oder Menschen, die unsicher sind beim Gehen: wackelig, eng und schlecht beleuchtet. Sie muss aber benutzt werden, um zu den Schlafzimmern und zum Bad zu gelangen. Auch die wirklich schöne, barrierefreie Dusche nutzt nichts, wenn man die Treppe nicht schafft ;) Eine Anmerkung (Schlafzimmer und Bad im 1. Stock) in der Beschreibung wäre möglicherweise hilfreich für künftige Mieter*innen.
