Our party of six senior citizens enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, nicely decorated and close to everything we were hoping to see while in Rochester. Restaurants and grocery were close and the kitchen had what we needed to fix meals when we wanted to eat in.

Overall the home is great the host is responsive. Not giving 5 stars as being charged for every person that enters the home and not having full access(only able to use washer and dryer only staying 7 days is not acceptable). Although the owner did attempt to contact her housekeeper who was not available. We were hugely inconvenienced and had to use a laundry, this is not acceptableespeciallybeing charged for the twins. We had twins and of course needed to wash. If the home accomodates 12 then the renter should be allowed 12 guests without additional charges. Sending a message that guests will be locked out and not regunded if additional guests are noted right before reservation starts is not professional. We also didnt have access to cleaning items like brooms mop etc. Would also recommend adding things like measuring cups and baking pans to the home. Overall home is nice owner is responsive .

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we are glad to hear you enjoyed the home and found us responsive. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay, particularly regarding the laundry. While we do have a policy in place regarding washer/dryer access for certain stay lengths, we completely understand how essential this was for you and your twins. We are so sorry our housekeeper was unavailable to assist in unlocking it for you at the time, and we are re-evaluating this policy to ensure future guests have a smoother experience. We also appreciate your suggestions regarding the kitchen and cleaning amenities. We have already added a broom, mop, measuring cups, and baking pans to the property to make future stays more comfortable. Regarding our pricing structure, we use a tiered-guest system to keep our base rates lower and more affordable for smaller groups rather than charging a flat maximum rate for everyone. However, we hear you loud and clear regarding our pre-arrival message. Our goal is simply to prevent unauthorized parties, but we never want our guests to feel unwelcome or stressed before their trip even begins. We are actively rewriting that message to ensure our tone is much more warm, professional, and welcoming. Thank you again for helping us improve. We wish you and your family all the best.

This house is adorable. All new fixtures. Beds were comfy. Downstairs bathrooms are spacious. Upstairs one was a bit small but walk in shower was nice. The neighbor was quiet enough we could hear a music festival a few streets over. Short drive (10 to 15 min) from everything in Rochester so super convenient location. Host was super kind and attentive. Definitely recommend this little hidden gem.
