Unwind in Rochester at this lovely house. With 4 bedrooms, including 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds, this unique property is perfect for your family's stay. The house features 2 bathrooms with stand up showers & soaking tub plus all the amenities to feel at home. Enjoy meals prepared in a fully stocked chef's kitchen, with options for outdoor and indoor dining. After dinner, relax by the firepit, play lawn games, wakeup with morning yoga (mats provided), board games and more. Whether you're exploring the city, the finger lakes region, here for work, or simply enjoying some downtime, this is the ideal home away from home. We look forward to welcoming you to Dreaming Tree. Please note we can accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. Extra person fee, laundry fee. Sorry no pets, no parties, no AC but the house is in the shade with fans and window AC units. It is a wooded area with easy access to RGH, URMC both 5 miles away. Message for extended stays

We are both from the area and live locally, so we are available to answer your questions and make recommendations to be sure you enjoy your time in Rochester. We are Superhosts on Air BnB, and thought we'd give VRBO a try. If you are a family or group of friends looking for an alternative to hotel stays, you've come to the right place.
Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is a quiet gem... close to the water, walking distance to one of the country's oldest family-owned amusement parks, hiking trails, dining and more... with easy access to the expressway, downtown Rochester, Colleges, Hospitals and shopping. As they say in Rochester, nothing is more than 10 minutes away!
What makes this property unique
We pay attention to the little things. Breakfast, snack items, coffee, tea, and all the fixings for smores to get you started. Toiletries, plenty of linens and a fully stocked chef's kitchen. Wildlife and nature to admire from every window, the deck and the yard. You probably won't want to leave. Enjoy games with your family and reading on the back deck.
