Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area. <br>The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave. <br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>The focal point on this level will be the large dining table with six chairs.<br>Here, you can enjoy meals and spend time socialising.<br>The wood-burning stove will add to the cosy atmosphere.<br><br>In the back area, adjacent to the terrace, there is a cosy sofa nook with a TV.<br>A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.<br><br>The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol. <br><br>The ground floor features two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and an in-house sauna.<br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.<br><br>The loft with access to the loggia is a wonderful retreat.<br>From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.<br>Here, too, a cosy sofa nook offers a place to relax.<br>The third bedroom is adjacent.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.<br><br>A storage room is available outside for your rental bikes.<br><br>Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair can be borrowed at the front desk.<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.<br>A designated parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.<br><br>Bachelor and hen nights, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.<br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.<br><br>A parking space is available to you free of charge for the duration of your stay.<br><br>Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA. <br>Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations.
