Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area.
The kitchen is open to the living room and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

The focal point on this level is the large dining table with six chairs.
In addition to meals, this is a great place to socialise.
The wood-burning stove, with its cosy atmosphere, adds to the comfort. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!

In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cosy sofa nook with a TV.
A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.

The south-facing terrace is furnished with a table, six chairs, and a parasol.

The ground floor features two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a double sink, two showers, a bathtub, and a private sauna.
On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become your very own wellness retreat.
One bedroom on this level is equipped with a TV.

The loft, which opens onto the loggia, is a wonderful retreat.
From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.
Here, too, a cosy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offers the perfect spot to unwind.
The third bedroom is adjacent.

The house is connected to the fiber-optic network and has high-speed internet throughout the entire house, except for the loft!

Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.

Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be rented at the front desk for a fee.
Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are also available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48, behind the front desk.

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.

A free parking space is available just a few metres from the house. Bicycle parking is available right next to the house.

Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.

Neither bachelor nor hen nights nor similar celebrations, parties, or events are permitted in this accommodation.

This house has its own satellite system. This allows you to easily access a wide variety of popular channels on the available TV sets.
Furthermore, the holiday home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers you excellent internet reception on every floor.
