Inside Serendipity, you’ll find a spacious living room designed for comfort and gathering. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and an island, perfect for cooking and entertaining. The home features three well-appointed bedrooms, including a primary suite with a king bed for ultimate relaxation.
A standout feature is the third-floor loft bonus room, complete with its own TV and full bathroom—perfect as a second living space, or a fun hangout for kids.
Guests of BeauCoast enjoy access to exceptional community amenities, including a resort-style pool, day dock, and the beloved on-site Trader’s Store—perfect for grabbing essentials or a quick treat before heading out to explore.

1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Pyramid bunk (full on bottom, twin on top)

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
