Just to be clear this is a basement apartment in a home. The plumbing is very loud when you turn the faucet on or flush the toilet. There are cats and a dog on the property in case you are allergic. However, the view, location off the Marlboro trail to Mt Monodanock, super friendly hosts and amenities make is a good choice for a 2-3 day stay. The hosts have clearly gone out of their way with the amenities: the bed was very comfortable and they gave us a bottle of wine and drinks in the frig. A chocolate next to the bed was a nice touch. We heard a moose while sitting outside one night!

Thank you for the review. I’m sorry the studio didn’t meet all of your expectations. The studio is located in the lower level area walk out of our home. The entrance is private and secure. I will update my listing to ensure that I clarify that thank you for pointing that out. The plumbing is a pump system and makes a whoosh when being used, I’m sorry that was bothersome. My animals are not ever allowed in the studio specifically because of guests with allergies. I’m glad you enjoyed the other amenities! Chris & Kerri

Hosts are amazing, extremely responsive and they went out of their way for us. We ended up hanging out swapping stories over a fire with some drinks on our last night. Property has amazing views and is perfectly located near the main park entrance and Marlborough trail head. Had an amazing time. Thank you Chris and Kerri.
