The mudflats are easily walkable on this route, often you can even walk barefoot. After about 2.5 hours you will already reach your destination, after a walk of more than 6 kilometers on the seabed. On Baltrum you stroll through the small island village, before you take the ferry back to Neßmersiel at high tide, passing a large seal bank. Mobility : Not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
