Gute Lage, schlechter Zustand

Lage des Objekts ist ausgezeichnet, Pluspunkte sind Tiefgarage, Schwimmbad und Sauna. Die Wohnung ist einem schlechte, ungepflegten und abgenutzten Zustand, dringend renovierungsbedürftigt. Mit etwas Aufwand lässt die Wohnung gut vermaketen.
