Relax and experience Lake Lanier in Buford Georgia like a local in this peaceful 3-bedroom house within walking distance to the lake. Home is near Margaritaville at Lanier Islands which is one of the most fun parts of the lake, Holiday Marina and Lazy Days Marina. The fabulous space features a California King bed, queen bed, and a fun full size bunk bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests can relax in the pleasant living room, which also includes a twin air mattress and play pen for infant or small children upon request. With three bathrooms, including two with a shower and bathtub, everyone has plenty of room to unwind. The house stays comfortable year-round with heating and air conditioning. A lovely spot to gather, cook, and share stories after a day of exploring. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.
