Welcome! This Airbnb is situated directly in the heart of Rochester's vibrant cultural center, the Park Avenue Neighborhood!!! A 2 minute walk down beautiful tree lined streets to Park Ave where you’ll find cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. This is a half house apartment with more than enough space to make your family feel comfortable and right at home! We do not accept local guests. Our property is available to international traveler’s and out of town guests.



The Space:

This tastefully remodeled apartment boasts One King, Two Queens and a full bed. A first floor with a family room, dining room, kitchen and foyer with a half bath attached. Private parking in the driveway enough for 3 spots with central AC gives you that home away from home fee. Free laundry located in the basement
