In Zahara de los Atunes, the villa Tahona is conveniently located close to the beach. The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 9 people. One of the bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located on the ground floor. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine as well as a TV. On top of that, a table tennis table is also provided for your enjoyment.

Your private outdoor area includes a pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a balcony, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

2 parking spaces are available in a garage. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. The property has step-free access. Parties and loud gatherings are strictly forbidden. Youth groups are not admitted. Please note that the pool is open from May - September.

La casa NO TIENE Aire Acondicionado y esto en julio o agosto en Andalucía puede arruinar tus vacaciones como así nos pasó a nosotros si la temperatura sube fuera dentro no te puedes refugiar en las horas de más calor y por la noche no puedes dormir, en fin un desastre, en el anuncio no dice que tenga pero tampoco dice lo importante que es que NO Tiene, al lado de esto que las ventanas de los baños no tengan cortina y te vea todo el mundo ducharte desde el parque de enfrente es tontería, tampoco tiene plazas de sofá para ver los 8 ocupantes de la casa la TV, por decir algo bueno el supermercado está realmente a 3 minutos andando, la playa ya se va a los 15 y el centro del pueblo a 25 un tanto a desmano

Estimado Guillermo: Lamentamos sinceramente que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Entendemos que el calor en Andalucía durante los meses de verano puede resultar intenso. Hemos intentado reflejar en la descripción toda la información necesaria sobre la ausencia de aire acondicionado, y podemos confirmar que la casa cuenta con ventiladores de techo en todas las habitaciones y en el salón para ayudar a refrescar los espacios. Agradecemos también sus comentarios sobre las ventanas de los baños y el mobiliario del salón; los tendremos muy en cuenta para seguir mejorando el confort de la casa. Nos alegra, por otro lado, que haya valorado positivamente la cercanía del supermercado y la ubicación respecto a la playa y al centro. Gracias nuevamente por dedicar tiempo a compartir su experiencia. Sentimos que en esta ocasión no hayamos podido cumplir plenamente con sus expectativas. Holidu team.

Muy buena estancia

Alojamiento muy bonito y cómodo, lo que menos nos gustó fueron las almohadas, demasiado bajas. Por lo demás muy bien. Nuria fue muy atenta en todo momento

La casa ideal para 6-8 personas

Pros: La casa está muy bien situada, al final del pueblo, pero andando hasta el centro hay 10 minutos la mar de agradables. Tienes la playa a 5 minutos a pie . Además hay un súper a 2 minutos a pie. Es una zona en construcción y todo son casitas por el estilo. Muy tranquilo. La casa tiene 4 habitaciones, una de ellas una suite. Todas las habitaciones son cómodas, tienen armarios amplios y un ventilador en el techo que va de lujo. El salón es amplio, con un sofá comodísimo, y la cocina americana es moderna y equipadísimas (nevera grande, microondas, horno, lavavajillas). Hay mucho menaje y mucho vaso, plato y cubierto. Los baños son grandes y con duchas amplias. Y la zona exterior es un lujo, con un porche para comer, desayunar y cenar sin que te dé el sol directo y luego un cachito de cesped artificial al lado de la piscina. La piscina es una maravilla. Y por último, la anfitriona Núria: atenta, siempre disponible por WhatsApp y un encanto de persona. Cons: La única pega es que en la zona están construyendo casas y a las 8 de la mañana se ponen a trabajar, pero con las ventanas cerradas no se oye mucho y creo que para 2024 ya estará todo construido. Por lo demás, ni una pega.
