The house is beautiful, clean and spacious. It’s also private, surrounded by trees, with a deck and BBQ. The kitchen was quite large and well equipped. We were about 10 minutes from Middlebury, which is a lovely town with interesting shops. The scenery in the area is also beautiful. The loft bedroom is spacious and is open to the main/great room. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The host was responsive and we would recommend this unit to future renters.

Property is private and was very close to Lincoln Peak Vineyard. Kitchen did not have any pans to make breakfast, could have used a few more items if you plan to cook at all while stay there. Bedding in the basement was a bit old (had holes in it) and musky- might want to bring your own. Overall fulfilled what we needed and we were happy with the stay.

I did want to clarify that the kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, and additional cooking items. We wish you had reached out during your stay so we could have helped you locate anything you needed. I didn’t receive any communication from you at all. We also apologize for the hole in one of the extra blankets. All of the main bedding is intact, and we have plenty of additional bedding available for guests as well. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay with any questions or concerns, as we’re happy to help and want everyone to be as comfortable as possible. What makes our property unique is its privacy. It’s tucked back in the woods and surrounded by 60 acres, offering a peaceful, secluded setting. At the same time, it’s just a short drive to charming small towns, ski mountains, and some of the area’s best hiking trails, giving you the best of both worlds.
