On the 2nd floor, a generously sized 2-room apartment (approx. 55 m²) awaits you, featuring a living/dining room, shower/toilet, a large bedroom, and a north-facing and a southeast-facing balcony, where you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the sunshine first thing in the morning.

The living room seating area includes a couch that can be converted into a double bed if needed. Digital satellite TV and a telephone (free for calls within Germany) are, of course, provided. The large dining table might just become the focal point.
The long kitchen unit offers plenty of storage space, a microwave, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and, of course, plenty of dishes. The amenities are rounded out by a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc.

The very spacious bedroom features a double bed and a 7-door wardrobe with plenty of room for all your clothes. You can retreat to a cosy seating area to read and relax.
