The second level expands the living space with two additional bedrooms, complemented by a relaxed sitting area and convenient kitchenette, making it ideal for guests or extended stays. This upper level also showcases bold, sweeping ocean views that bring the coastline right into the home.



Step outside to an oversized seaside patio and enjoy direct access to the water—perfect for swimming, sun bathing, or paddle boarding. With pristine sands just outside the door, beautiful sprawling lawn, and a premier location just minutes from dining, shopping, Ogunquit, and Kennebunkport, “Ocean Gem” is the ultimate coastal escape.



Additionally the home includes air conditioning, WiFi, Smart TV, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, beach chairs, yard games, and all linens and bath towels. Bring your own beach towels, please!
