Please close all window shades, including the living room French door curtains.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not move the outdoor grill to a different location, including the back deck. Grill utensils are in the kitchen drawer to the left of the range.
Please place the back deck chair covers at the end of each evening. The seats will be much drier for your enjoyment the following morning.
Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you.

we loved this property! it was clean and comfortable, close to the water and ferries. we watched the sunset from balcony and the games provided were so much fun for a night in. Clint was so easy to communicate with and so accommodating for us and our dogs. it was our first time in the area and he gave so many great recommendations for things to do. the honey was delicious as well! highly recommend and cannot wait to visit again! thank you so much for hosting us!
