Welcome to the “Illas Koje” holiday rental in Lemkenhafen, Fehmarn.<br><br><br><br>With a cosy 35 square metres of living space, the apartment offers a comfortable atmosphere for 4 people to enjoy their holiday on the sunny island of Fehmarn.<br><br><br><br>The apartment is located just a few metres from the sea in the beautiful fishing and harbour village of Lemkenhafen. It has been recently renovated and furnished with high-quality furniture.<br><br><br><br>Information on additional costs and fees:<br><br>Rental rates apply to 2 people. Each additional person pays a surcharge.<br><br>One dog may be accommodated for an additional fee.<br><br>The security deposit of 100,- € is due in advance and must be transferred along with the rent.<br><br>Water costs are included. Electricity is billed based on consumption (€0.46/kWh; prices subject to change) and deducted from the security deposit.<br><br>Bed linens and towels can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.<br><br>The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.<br><br>A parking space in front of the house is available free of charge.<br><br>We expressly point out that we assume no liability whatsoever for personal injury or property damage resulting from the use of the ladder to climb onto the bunk bed.<br><br><br><br>Upon entering the holiday rental, you’ll be greeted by the open-concept living, dining, and sleeping area, featuring a cosy upholstered seating area that doubles as a sofa bed for two people, a dining table, and the highlight of the apartment: the loft bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) for two people. We expressly point out that this is accessible only via a ladder and is not suitable for small children. Use is at your own risk. One pet is welcome in the holiday rental.<br><br><br><br>The apartment features high-speed internet with 100 Mbits. This is complemented by a new flat-screen TV with 100 HD channels, a soundbar for a great home theatre experience, and access to a Netflix account. Two infrared heaters provide cosy warmth on cold days.<br><br><br><br>Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen, featuring a modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need for daily use, such as a capsule coffee machine and an induction cooktop.<br><br><br><br>The last room to welcome you is the tastefully furnished bathroom with a large rain shower and sink.<br><br><br><br>Of course, you also have the opportunity to soak up some sun on the terrace in front of the apartment. There’s plenty of seating available in the form of patio furniture.<br><br><br><br>If you’re arriving by car, parking spaces are available near the holiday rental.
