OK Holiday Rental in Bad Lauterberg, Harz Mountains: Our holiday rental is centrally located in Bad Lauterberg. We expanded it in 2020 and completed the expansion project in 2024. We’ve furnished our holiday rental with great care so that you can feel right at home from the very first day. Free parking is available right next to the house, and upon request, you’re also welcome to rent a lockable garage with a power outlet.We provide the garage free of charge for motorcyclists and cyclists!!! Would you like to come with your children? You’re more than welcome. A high chair and a travel cot are available. Right next to the driveway leading to the car park is a play street with a large playground where the “little ones” can play to their heart’s content. Start your hikes, bike rides, or simply a stroll into our beautiful city centre—the “shopping town in the Southern Harz”—from here.If the weather isn’t so great, you can take advantage of the local swimming pool, sauna, and gym facilities. Details on the space and amenities: The 110-square-meter holiday apartment offers plenty of comfort for four people.Our holiday rental is a non-smoking unit; smokers may smoke on the covered terrace. Our holiday rental spans two floors; on the lower floor, there is a bedroom equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed, a built-in closet with a safe and a flat-screen TV, a spacious shower room (hair dryer provided), and a kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer combo, a dining set with a table and six chairs, and many other little extras. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the upper floor, where an entryway with a sleeper sofa leads into the living room, which is furnished with a comfortable leather couch, a flat-screen TV, and a professional-grade foosball table. From the living room, you then pass through the dressing room—which features a safe for hunting weapons—into the second bedroom with a double bed and a Flachbildschirm.Im n the basement, a washing machine is available for your use. If you bring a pet, we charge an additional €8.00 per day!A guest tax (Kurtaxe) of 2.50 € per day per adult is payable to the town of Bad Lauterberg; reduced rates apply for children aged 14 and older and for people with severe disabilities; children under 14 are exempt from the tax.
