Beautiful home with amazing outdoor amenities

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 5 truly enjoyed staying at the Madison Barnard. The yard was amazing. We loved sitting out by the pool, the fire pit and watching football in thee pool house. Having private parking was also an huge plus. Unfortunately, it was a little too chilly to get in the pool but if it was warmer we definitely would have enjoyed swimming. The bedrooms were extremely comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home but improvements needed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: PROS: - Absolutely stunning house with beautiful decor, huge eat in areas and kitchen well stocked. - Loved the grounds: gorgeous pool, pool house, fire pit, and sauna. - Bathrooms were immaculate and stunning. Ample towels were supplied for our entire stay including pool towels. - The views from the balcony to the back was nice. - Cool coffee shop near CONS: - HOT TUB NOT ACCESSIBLE - told not a hot tub although it reads as one in the listing & had jets. Very disappointing! - LOUD NOISE - train woke us up at 4AM and cont'd until late the next day, its also located next to an event center so loud parties can be heard in the house - Located in a neighborhood that has many abandoned rundown buildings and loud train - No guide to explain the numerous electronic devices, would have been helpful. - Sonos sound system - unable to use as it kept reading unable to be found and they never got back to us. - Cleanliness of furniture and general areas, there must have been a party before us as we found evidence of it.

The house was beautiful and well appointed. Location was close to everything. Loved our time in Savannah, would completely recommend staying in this gorgeous home with fabulous hosts.
