Not enough coffee for a 5 night stay.The bath towels seemed brand new out of the package. They were not as absorbent as a washed towel.

Thank you for taking the time to share this — feedback this specific is genuinely useful to a new property. You were right on both counts, and both are being addressed: more coffee stocked for longer stays, and new towels washed before they go into service so they arrive soft rather than stiff. One thing worth mentioning for future guests: we're reachable by message any time during a stay, and we'd have gladly brought over fresh coffee and extra towels the same day had we known. We'd love the chance to host you again.
