Cute and cozy tiny home get-away on beautiful Whidbey Island perfect for a single or couple. Relax or work in this peaceful spot located on our 5 acre homestead with chickens and beautiful gardens. Just minutes from the ferry and walking distance to several miles of free hiking trails, 10 minute drive to several beaches and the lovely seaside village of Langley. Hang out in the quietness of the woods or explore the island hot spots including wineries, breweries and great restaurants.

This tiny house was the perfect getaway. It was quiet, private, comfortable, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. Both the host and the staff at the Neighborhood Market were friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable.Surrounded by towering trees and the sound of birdsong, the property felt wonderfully secluded - yet was only a five-minute drive from the ferry terminal. We especially appreciated the whimsical details and artistic touches, from the beautifully trimmed windows to the unique exterior shingles, which gave the space so much character.The fresh eggs were delicious and saying goodbye to the friendly chickens was a charming end to our stay. We would happily return and highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a peaceful, memorable, retreat.

Originally from Chicago, we moved to Whidbey Island about 12 years ago. I love to garden, walk on the beach and hike.

Why they chose this property

We love the proximity to the ferry and all of the shopping and restaurants so close by while still enjoying a rural setting.

What makes this property unique

The tiny house is secluded in the woods at the edge of our property with a private driveway. We can barely see the house, so it is very private. The spacious outdoor shower has lovely views of the towering trees and includes an outdoor seating area and an enclosed fire pit and grill. Nearby trails are close enough to walk to and you can explore our gardens and property and say hi to our chickens. We will also provide eggs if you would like!
