An important note on thermostat & temperature: We recently had a guest that turned it down in the low 50`s and we had to replace the unit. We now have a strict policy in place to keep the temperature between 68 & 75 degrees.

Guest Count Accuracy
If your guest list changes before your arrival, please update your reservation. Additional guests added the day of or during your stay will incur a doubled guest fee. This helps us prepare and clean the space properly for everyone.

🌿 An IMPORTANT Note on Allergies
The owner has a severe smoke allergy, so it is absolutely essential that there is no smoking of any kind inside the home, including near open windows or doors.

If you do smoke, please step outside of the home and kindly dispose of any cigarette waste properly.

Out of care for our space and all who stay here, we kindly ask that you remove your shoes upon entering, there’s a large mat and entryway space provided for your convenience and plenty of room for shoes.

Outdoor Dining Etiquette
Feel free to enjoy your meals on the patio, it’s a perfect spot to gather and enjoy the lake views! We just ask that no food, trash, or dishes be left outside, as local wildlife (ahem, friendly raccoons) might decide to crash your dinner party.

Guests & Gatherings
To maintain the peaceful environment we all love, no parties or events are permitted. The home has a strict maximum occupancy of 6 guests at all times (unless approved in advance). Hosting events is also against Airbnb policy.

Quiet Hours
Please be mindful of our neighbors and keep noise low between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
