"DIE UNTERE" offers 100 square metres of stylish, modern living space, featuring a large open-concept living-dining area with a gorgeous kitchen complete with a cooking island, a reading nook, and a comfortable sofa in front of the pellet stove.

Two bedrooms provide space for four adults or a family. The bathroom is spacious and features a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

A large terrace with a lounge area and a dining area sets the perfect holiday mood.


The living and dining room has an open and inviting layout. The pellet stove creates the perfect atmosphere. With our 50-inch TV, film nights are always a hit.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish soap, tea towels, a dishwasher, a set of kitchen knives, a coffee maker, a pod coffee machine, a toaster, blender, baking pans, egg cooker, teapot, electric kettle, selection of teas, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, and a spacious kitchen island with access to the patio.

1st bedroom: This room features a double bed with two 90-cm mattresses; the lighted closet offers plenty of space for your clothes. The room can be darkened using the exterior roller shades.

2. Bedroom: This room features a 140-cm mattress and a separate toilet; here, too, a closet provides storage space, and the 100% blackout pleated blinds allow you to darken the room.

The bathroom offers plenty of space with its large walk-in shower, bathtub, and lighted mirror; a hair dryer is, of course, provided, as are towels for your use.



Number One consists of a total of three residential units: the LOWER, the MIDDLE, and the UPPER.
In front of our house, you’ll find a separate parking space for each apartment; you’re also welcome to store bicycles in our lockable garage, as well as motorcycles under the carport in front of the garage.
Our 1,000-square-meter fenced-in communal garden offers plenty of space for balmy summer evenings and playtime with the dog.
The terrace off the house leading to the garden is available exclusively to tenants of the LOWER apartment.
Guests in the MIDDLE apartment can enjoy stunning sunsets from the adjoining balcony.
Our sun deck, complete with seating and lounging areas, offers a unique view of the Bodenwerder valley.

Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
