Located on the third floor, the apartment offers an unobstructed, panoramic view of the North Sea from its glass-enclosed, openable west-facing balcony—a true prime spot overlooking the Wadden Sea.

This modern holiday apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi, a modern smart TV, and heated floors. Pets are welcome. A designated parking space (No. 9) is located right next to the building. An lift is available; however, depending on the apartment’s location on the floor, there are a few steps to climb.

The building features a newly redesigned sauna with a relaxation room (for a fee).

Restaurants, bakeries, and shops are within easy walking distance. The nearby Wernerwald forest, the Wadden Sea, and the beach are also in the immediate vicinity. From here, you can watch kitesurfers or take a horse-drawn carriage ride to the island of Neuwerk.
