The entryway features an upholstered bed for a child, a chest of drawers, and a place to hang jackets. The separate toilet with a sink and lighted mirror is also accessible from here, as is the shower, which is separated from the entryway/children’s bedroom by a shower curtain.

The living area features a double fold-out bed, a dining table with three chairs by the window, and a kitchenette with a dishwasher, a two-burner stove, a refrigerator, and basic kitchenware.
There is also a large wardrobe here.
A TV (23 inches), a compact stereo system, and free Wi-Fi are available here.

Parking space No. 24 across the street is reserved for you.

All of our accommodation is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, but please keep the balcony door closed while doing so. A grill is available for shared use on the lawn.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment. Please feel free to ask us about alternatives.

Bed linens (12 € per person) and towels (8 € per person) are available for rent. Please let us know after you’ve completed your booking so that we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

The three-story apartment building is located on Steinwarder, beautifully surrounded by the Binnensee and the Baltic Sea.

This quiet building offers individually designed and furnished studios and apartments ranging from 19 to 76 square metres for 2–4 guests. Each apartment features a direct lake view from the balcony or terrace, which faces south and enjoys plenty of sunshine.
A bright stairwell leads to the enclosed pergolas on each floor. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via private entrances at the rear of the building.

The property offers direct access to Heiligenhafen’s inland lake. Whether you’re using a SUP, an air mattress, or a surfboard—you can head straight out onto the water from the sunbathing lawn.
A fire pit, benches, and a small dock are also available for guests’ use.
You can park your bicycles in the covered, designated area behind the house.

Each apartment comes with an assigned parking space on the property or in the car park across the street.

The marina and city centre are just a leisurely stroll away along the inland lake promenade.
