Zweckmäßige Wohnung in netter Lage

Die Wohnung hat alles was was man braucht, die Ausstattung wie beschrieben und die Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet (siehe Fotos). Sehr schönes, modernes und großes Bad. Ruhige Lage mit füßläufig erreichbaren Geschäfte des alltäglichen Bedarfs und die Höxteraner Innenstadt ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war gut mit umkompliziertem Check-In und Check-out.

Weihnachten in Höxter

Die Unterkunft hat perfekt für uns gepasst. Wir waren während der Feiertage in Höxter um die Familie zu besuchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, groß und geräumig und es ist alles da was wir gebraucht haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ruhestörung und Einrichtung

In 6 von 9 Nächten Ruhestörung zwischen 5 und 6 Uhr vom Mieter im OG - Rollläden hochreißen und Rennen im offenen Holztreppenhaus trotz der ausdrücklichen Passage in der Hausordnung zur Einhaltung der Nachtruhe von 22-7 Uhr! Tolles Bad, aber kein Geschirrspüler und EIN Geschirrtuch im Hochschrank, keine Uhr, viele weiße Wände ohne Deko, Router auf dem WZ-Boden, offene Birne als WZ-Deckenlampe, schleifende und klemmende Zimmertüren, 1 Kleiderbügel im Schrank usw. Gemütlichkeit geht anders!

Sehr großzügige Ferienwohnung mit perfektem Sanitärbereich und vollständiger Küchenausstattung

Wir haben die ruhige Lage in einem Wohngebiet sehr genossen und auch ob der Stille wunderbar geschlafen. Die Wohnung verfügt auch über eine ostseitige Terrasse die zum Frühstücken herrlich war und auch für Kaffee am Nachmittag und für abends.
