The Huus Adele has a spacious living space for 2-4 people of 100sqm and a very high quality facility.

On the ground floor there is the double bedroom, the large bathroom with shower, bathtub and sauna plus a separate toilet. Also a washer and dryer.

The upper floor is characterized by the modern open kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, oven and all necessary kitchen accessories.

In addition, the floor contains the spacious living room with lounge couch (also very suitable as a sofa bed for 2 people), satellite color TV, CD and radio, telephone, WiFi and fireplace.

The huge garden with two terraces and sun sails offers the opportunity to relax in the summer months.


The climbing park in Silberborn and the game park in Neuhaus is an adventure for all ages and is a lot of fun.

Lovely midweek

Nice house, clean and 100% conforming the advertisement! With very nice area. You can walk almost straight to the woods. Very nice, now that I am not that mobile because of pregnancy. The dog was also very happy with this. We left the house with a good en relaxed feeling.

Wir kommen wieder!

The house met all the expectations we had on the basis of the description and the photos of the website. The house was comfortable, clean, and complete and has the luxurious ambiance as described on the website. The furniture both inside and outside was comfortable. All appliances worked. The wifi was up to speed. The bed was comfortable. The shower large as was the bathroom as such. The garden is a beauty. The view on the Wesergebrige is something to stay on the terrace for. One can go for hikings literally around the corner. There are many interesting places in the direct neigborhood and somewhat further (e.g. Kassel and Göttingen are one hour driving away, but you don't have to go that far to enjoy little towns with sometimes spectacular architecture like in Höxter). There are no shops for daily needs in Silberborn but is is an easy drive of 10 minutes to Holzminden. The house was easy to find and to get to. We greatly enjoyed both the house and the area and will definitely come again. I would like to make only 1 suggestion: it would be nice to have an iron and an ironing board.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus zum Erholen in ruhiger und ländlicher Lage. Direkt vom Haus aus können ausgiebige Wanderungen gestartet werden. Die Küche ist umfangreich ausgestattet, sodass einem beim Kochen kein Equipment fehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Loswandern am Gartentörchen

Wir waren 6 Nächte im Juli '25 da, die Wohnung ist für zwei super geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann. Die Lage ist einfach genial. Sehr ruhig und von hier kann man direkt zu Fuß verschiedene Wanderwege im Solling erreichen.Pluspunkt für unseren Hund: der Garten ist wie beschrieben voll eingezäunt.Minuspunkt: der Hund darf nicht aufs Sofa oder ins Bett, was leider nicht in der Beschreibung stand. Das macht es stressiger, wenn der Hund das von zuhause aus gewohnt ist.Vielleicht auch relevant: Für Hunde, die keine offenen Treppen laufen, ist ein Stockwerkwechsel schwierig, aber über den Garten machbar.

Erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Wir haben einen wirklich entspannten Urlaub hier verbringen können. Ruhige, idyllische Lage, Wanderwege direkt vor der Tür, Ausstattung und Komfort des Hauses waren spitze. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Genialer Kurzurlaub

Das Haus ist super gelegen und hat mit seiner Terrasse eine tolle Aussicht auf den Ort und die Wälder. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns mit der unseren 2 Hunden sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren auf verschiedenen Wanderwegen unterwegs und anschließend zum Entspannen in der Sauna. Man hat dort wirklich seine Ruhe und eine entspannte Zeit. Gerne mal wieder

Een prachtig huisje met mooi uitzicht. Ook is het grondstuk helemaal omheind wat super is voor honden. Als je van rust en natuur houdt is het een top locatie met alle gemakken in het huisje voorzien!

Wohlfühloase

Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt, da das Huus Adele gut ausgestattet ist. Die lauen Abende auf der Terrasse waren ein Genuss, insbesondere der Blick ins Tal. Als Standort zur Erkundung des Weserberlandes ist das Haus fahrtechnisch ideal. Für Wanderer wahrscheinlich noch idealer. Wir danken der Familie Tacke für ihre Gastfreundschaft.

Ruhige und erholsame Umgebung mit Möglichkeiten von ausgedehnten Wanderungen oder Fahrradtouren. Zwei Restaurants von Ort. Einkaufen in ca. 13 km ohne Probleme möglich. Das Haus war klasse; die Terrasse ist in die Jahre gekommen ober OK.

Schönes Haus, gemütlich eingerichtet mit einer super Ausstattung. Tolle und ruhige Umgebung, lädt zum Spazieren ein. Der Garten ist schön gestaltet und umzäunt. Prima mit Hund. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Es war wunderschön!

Kann es nur jedem empfehlen hier einmal eine Woche oder länger Urlaub zu machen, eine sehr ruhige und naturbelassene Gegend und das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und läd zum entspannen ein.
