Casa Bohème Atelier – Vacation Apartment in a Tuscan Village

Casa Bohème is a cosy and quiet holiday rental in the centre of the medieval village of Petroio (located south of Siena). The culturally rich towns of Montepulciano, Pienza, Siena, and Montalcino are all nearby. In addition to a bedroom, living room, and kitchen, the apartment features a small, separate art studio, ideal for painters, musicians, and writers. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to creatively express your impressions after an excursion into the stunning surroundings of southern Tuscany.

It is suitable for 2 people. A third person could also stay on a sleeper sofa.
The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of the house. The apartment above it belongs to the same owner and is unoccupied.
The apartment is also ideal for the fall and winter seasons. With gas central heating, the apartment can be heated quickly and comfortably. Heating costs are billed separately based on usage.
We live right in the neighbouring town and are available at any time if you have questions or need information. We speak German, Italian, and English.
