The holiday rental, which was completely renovated in 2022, is located on the ground floor of the “Dünenhof” complex, which is situated directly on the inland lake. <br><br>The furnishings are coordinated and create a very cosy and beautiful atmosphere. The living room features a two-seater sofa and a separate armchair. A faux fireplace and indirect lighting built into the ceiling, among other elements, contribute to the room’s cosy atmosphere. The cabinets also feature light strips in the glass panels, which provide excellent lighting throughout the room. The 122-cm TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment, as does the collection of games in the TV cabinet. The dining area is located right next to the large window facing the Baltic Sea and seats up to 4 people. For musical entertainment, our multimedia station offers the following features: internet radio, Bluetooth speaker, and DAB+ / FM radio.<br><br>In the living area, separated by a three-quarter wall, is the sleeping area with a double bed consisting of two single mattresses (90 × 200 cm). The electrical sockets feature an USB port for charging compatible devices.<br><br>The separate children’s room accommodates 2 people in a bunk bed (90 × 190 cm). It features its own TV for entertainment, a desk, and a children’s armchair. This room also has a window facing the Baltic Sea. Here, too, the electrical sockets include an USB port.<br><br>The kitchen is also completely new and is equipped with the standard kitchenware for up to 4 people, a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, an egg cooker, and a 45-liter dishwasher. The refrigerator has a 3-star freezer compartment.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a floor-level shower.<br><br>On the ground floor of the Dünenhof, there is a washing machine and dryer for shared use.<br><br>Please understand that pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.<br><br>!!! Please let us know after you’ve completed your booking so we can bill you for these items and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Attachment:<br><br> The well-maintained “Dünenhof” apartment building is located on the unique Steinwarder peninsula in Heiligenhafen and offers 56 individually furnished holiday apartments ranging from 33 to 54 square metres in living space, accommodating 2 to 5 people. <br>From the balconies and terraces, as well as the sunbathing lawn at the back, guests of this property can enjoy a magnificent view—either of the inland lake that defines the town or our wonderful Baltic Sea.<br>The property offers direct access to the inland lake, even with your water sports equipment—hop on your board and off you go! <br><br>The main swimming beach, patrolled by the DLRG, is just 150 metres away, almost right outside the door. A short walk (1,000 metres) takes you to the Baltic Sea holiday park, which offers attractive recreational activities such as dune golf, the Aktiv Hus Spa, and children’s playgrounds. A football field, skate park, kite-flying field, and beach volleyball courts in the immediate vicinity provide further opportunities to enjoy an active holiday.<br><br>You can park your bicycles and sports equipment in the designated areas on the property.<br>Are you travelling by car? Park your car conveniently in the apartment’s private parking space on the property. <br><br>Take the lift or the stairs to reach the appropriate floor out of the four available. On the ground floor, you’ll find public bathrooms as well as a shared laundry room (use of the washing machine and dryer is subject to a fee). You can conveniently dispose of general waste on each floor via the trash chutes.
