The attic apartment, featuring real wood parquet flooring, is modern and comfortably furnished, with a large living-dining area, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. Separate guest bathroom with toilet and urinal. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, etc., as well as a kitchen island with a built-in stove and attached breakfast bar. The apartment also features a terrace with seating and a grill area overlooking Königsbach and the Rhine Valley, as well as a covered loggia with a view of the Rhine Valley that invites you to relax. You’re also welcome to use our large garden, which also features a furnished terrace. For sports activities, a football goal and a ping-pong table with paddles are available.



On-site costs: Bed linens, hand towels, bath towels, and tea towels are provided free of charge. Final cleaning is included in the price. The garage for storing bicycles can be used free of charge.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Die Wohunung war wie beschrieben und absolut sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Gastbeber sind sehr nett. Alles war perfekt. Wir waren zur Dritt zu einem Wanderurlaub und haben den Aufenthalt genossen. R. König

Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Vom Balkon oder Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick ins Rheintal. Wir haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.
