This modern, high-quality apartment—located just 100 metres from the beach—invites you to unwind and relax. We want you to relax and unwind, and your holiday apartment has been designed with that in mind.
The apartment features 3 bright rooms as well as a sunny, furnished south-facing balcony with a beach chair. The balcony is accessible from the living/dining room, which includes a fully equipped open kitchen. You’ll also have access to a bathroom with a walk-in shower and an utility room with a washing machine and luggage rack.

An outdoor parking space reserved for you right next to the building, a beach chair on the balcony and at the beach (approx. 15.04-15.09), ), and an lift round out the amenities.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property.

Bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), wardrobe, bedside lamps, and blackout curtains. The second bedroom features two single beds (90 x 200 cm), a small desk, a TV, and blackout curtains as well.
Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, and much more. Living/dining room with a sofa set (sofa bed), TV, dining table with chairs, blackout blinds, and direct access to the south-facing balcony with a beach chair.

The holiday rental includes a parking space right next to the house.
Bicycles can be stored in a bike shed.
A washing machine is located in the apartment’s bathroom. The apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi (50 Mbit/s fibre optic).

Bedding & Towels:
The linen package can be booked for an additional fee per person and includes:
1 x pillowcase, 1 x duvet cover, 1 x fitted sheet, 1 x bath towel, 2 x small hand towels per person, 1 x shower mat, and 1 x tea towel per 2 people.

Location:

The Baltic Sea resort of Dahme, with its 6.5 km long fine-sand beach, is located on the Bay of Lübeck between Grömitz and the island of Fehmarn.

Dahme is situated in the sunniest region of Germany, with approximately 2,000 hours of sunshine.

The 1.5-km-long promenade, lined with shops and ice cream parlours, is perfect for a leisurely stroll. The newly created Baltic Sea Lounge, complete with palm trees, is the perfect way to round out a wonderful day on holiday.

If you walk along the beach, you’ll reach the unspoiled dune landscape with swimming spots to the north and the cliffs with bird sanctuaries to the south.
The surrounding area, with its numerous biking and hiking trails, also offers plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities.

For children and the young at heart, there are plenty of options besides the long beach that slopes gently into the water—such as playgrounds, a skate park, children’s activities, a kids’ harbour, a streetball court, a surf school, mini-golf, a bounce house, and much more—to enjoy a wonderful time.

Of course, you can also simply lie on the beach, go swimming, and relax.
