Apartment 2 : Space for 12 people - 6 bedrooms - absolutely central

===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
If you want to live in a central location, this is the place to do it.

You will be living on Købmagergade, one of Copenhagen's most famous pedestrian streets (no parking allowed) and from here you are walking distance to all the attractions. You are close to Tivoli, Nyhavn, Amalienborg, Christianshavn, the Round Tower etc. etc. This is downtown.

The apartment has 6 bedrooms and space for 12 people (!) but only one bathroom so be aware of this. ONLY 1 BATHROOM BUT IT HAS 2 SHOWERS.

When you enter you step directly into the combined dining/living room. From this room there are exits to 4 bedrooms facing Købmagergade. These bedrooms have their own door but are also connected 2 by 2 with a door in between. Fantastic for a family with children. 2 bedrooms facing the back of the building. There are in other words 6 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds, 12 in all. The single beds can be attached to form double beds but the mattresses are separate.

Great location ... with some issues

Location of the apartment is great, easy walk to train station, NyHavn, etc. Apartment is quite large and comfortable but the layout is a bit strange with the dining and living space on the opposite end of the kitchen. Bathrooms also are a bit strange -- showers are up on a pedestal which could be a bit of a challenge for less mobile renters. There is also a club around the corner that is very loud during the night. I believe it is open from midnight to 8AM on Fridays and Saturdays only.

Très bien situé mais trop bruyant

L'appartement est grand avec de nombreuses chambres. Il est très bien situé, dans le centre proche de tour. Mais il n'est pas fonctionnel : les chambres sont spartiates, il y a seulement 2 salles de bain qui sont également très simples. Le salon est agréable avec de grands canapés. Il s'agit certainement d'anciens bureaux convertis rapidement et sans grands frais en appartement. Le point principal réside dans une boite de nuit qui est dans le même bloc d'immeubles et qui fait un bruit d'enfer toute la nuit. L'appartement étant mal isolé, pas évident de fermer l'oeil. Au global le rapport qualité/ prix n'est pas bon pour moi.
