Enjoy the bright, open concept first floor with features a brand new hand built fireplace, 65 inch TV, sunroom with windows throughout and a record player.

Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, all uniquely decorated and a full bathroom.

Downstairs in “the cave” is a packed room with Pac-Man arcade game and foosball. Laundry and additional bathroom are also downstairs.

Outside in the fully fenced yard you'll find a charcoal grill, firepit and patio furniture great for groups!

I am born and raised in Sioux Falls and my whole family still lives there. Since I now live in Florida with my Husband and dog, Luna, My family helps me run and manage my one and only Vacation rental... we joke it is our "family business"

I put my heart and soul into this home and its remodel was a labor of love. I hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do!
