The quaint charm of this property will make guests feel right at home. Upper deck with grill, lower walk patio, on cul-de-sac, wooded lot.
This property is not equipped for small children under the age of 10 due to many steps in the house and the terrain of the property...for your safety, we ask please, no small children. We do not have cribs, play pens, children's toys, etc.
This is also a pet-free facility, please no pets. We will make an exception for a service animal with the appropriate licensing/paperwork.
This is a private residence in a quiet area, please no loud parties. If behavior gets too rowdy the party will be asked to leave. If anything is stolen or damaged the party will be charged accordingly.

The property was fantastic, quiet neighborhood with beautiful homes. The owner made it very easy for us and made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable!! We had a wedding this weekend in town and stayed with 4 adults and 2 children. We had to prepare food for the wedding and it had everything we needed in the kitchen to do so. It was the perfect location and size! Plenty of space for the kids to play and adults to enjoy time together. Super clean and gorgeous landscaping! Quiet neighborhood. Definitely would stay again!
